The day after MCF.  Slept very well in these beautiful digs.  My host drove me to Two Rivers Mall where I headed to the spa for 90 minute massage.  It was so effective, I dozed off as she worked. 

Then lunch with Alice, Anthony, and 6 year old Marta.  This is my adopted family in Kenya who have nothing, often go hungry, and would not afford the school fees but for me.  Alice headed off to the big grocery store while Anthony and I went to buy few souvenirs to take to the grandchildren. 

Andrew picked us up and we went to Alice's home where we took this photo.  I am the one in shorts.  Alice came back with me, cooked a fine supper for Marta and me.  And that was the day.
